How to convert Word and other assorted documents into PDF format

Thankfully this isn't too tricky to achieve. There's a great piece of software called PDFCreator which enables the creation of PDF files from virtually any document or web page available to you on your computer. This application is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7. It works by acting as a virtual printer when installed. PDF files are created by sending the document to be converted to PDF the virtual printer. The resulting output file is transformed into PDF format. Aside from the creation of PDF files the software has a number of other useful features, all of which are described on the vendor's web site. And the really great part of this is that the software is freeware which means it has no purchase cost, which is nice. Go here to find out more about PDFCreator or to download the software.
